Warranty

Products sold by DIRECT BELTING are warranted at the time of shipment to be free from defects, within normal industry allowances, in materials and workmanship, provided the products are properly installed, used only for the intended purpose and operated under normal service conditions. DIRECT BELTING shall not be liable for goods repaired, altered or modified, or for goods subjected to misuse, negligence, carelessness, or accident. Liability with respect to any merchandise proved defective is limited to buyer`s net purchase price, or, at our discretion, to the repair or replacement thereof upon its return to us freight prepaid, subject in each case to a pro rata charge for any service rendered. In no event shall DIRECT BELTING be liable to supply or pay for labor, downtime, or any other loss or damage, either direct, incidental or consequential. Materials returned for inspection must have prior written consent and shall be shipped freight prepaid.

No modification of this warranty shall be made by our receipt or acknowledgement of a purchase order containing additional or different conditions.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILTY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
