2 Ply PVC Cover x Bare

Green belt features an anti-static high durometer PVC cover giving excellent abrasion resistance. Excellent for use on fiberglass and in the manufacture of corrugated box board, wafer board and particle board. Black belt is the most popular belt for checkout counter use. Black matte finish is easy on inspectors' eyes. All three monofilament belts offer excellent tracking with no edge curl.

2 Ply Green PVC 1/64" Cover x Pebbletop

Pulley side of this belt features a negative pyramid impression cover for smooth operation on idlers or for occasions when a slider bed application requires a cover on the bottom of the belt, such as when conveying sand, dirt and abrasive powders. Bottom cover offers a low coefficient of friction for slider bed use. Top cover is high durometer PVC to resist abrasion. Commonly found in particle board compression lines. Multifilament belt is suitable for troughing and power turn applications. Can be run with pebbletop side up if desired.

This versatile belt is often used in the corrugated box board industry and in case sealers. It features a polyester carcass with monofilament construction to eliminate stretching and edge curl.

Smooth multifilament incline belt specially designed to convey lighter items, such as corrugated box board and plastic molded parts. High-grip smooth cover elevates lighter products as easily as heavier ones since there is no profile that must be compressed to grip product. Additionally, there is no profile to wear down, increasing the life of the belt. Ideal for areas where contamination can be a problem. Can be laced or hot vulcanized.

Three plies of strong monofilament fabric can handle the toughest application without stretching while providing excellent lace retention. Can be cold bonded or vulcanized endless. Ideal incline belt for a variety of heavy and abusive applications. The entire cover, down to the top ply, has a sticky surface.

Three plies of monofilament polyester make this belt ideal for the toughest food-handling applications. FDA approved belt is often found on surge bins in the manufacturing of cereal and powdered soap. Belt is resistant to mild solvents and vegetable and fish oils. Belt is also used in corrugated box board manufacturing and in vacuum applications.
